This is a workshop not to miss, we love relaxing into a Friday evening workshop, and this time we are so privileged to have Rachael return to the studio to guide you through a gentle / restorative yoga flow for sleep & fatigue.
Do you struggle with falling asleep? Do you wake up in the middle of the night and are unable to fall back asleep? And then find your days are hard to get through....You are not alone. Join us for this incredibly relaxing class where you'll be guided through postures to prepare the body for a restful sleep.
During this class, in a candle-lit studio, Rachael will guide you through breathwork, a bedtime flow and then a beautiful, dreamy yoga nidra (yogic sleep), leaving you feeling so well rested and nourished.
You'll also receive with love from us, a SLEEP essential oil blend, affirmation & an amethyst bud crystal to keep those dreamy feels extending for many more nights to come.

When: Friday 21st July, 6pm-7.30pm
What to bring: Just yourself, wear comfy clothing, no experience with yoga or meditation necessary, just a desire to sleep well and fully relax the body, mind and soul.
